The North Georgia Children’s Chorus is happy to have you visit our site. Take a minute to see what we’re all about, and be sure to attend our upcoming Fall concert!
Audition dates are August 12 and 19 (Mondays) at Dahlonega Baptist Church, between 4:00-5:30. New singers need to schedule a short vocal interview on one of those dates. Returning singers will do a vocal range check at the Summer Saturday event.
Summer Saturday will be held on August 24, 2019 at Dahlonega Baptist Church from 10:00-2:00. Please arrive at 9:30 for registration. Parent orientation is at 9:45. When you come back to pick up your child, please join us for ice cream before you leave!
The NGCC Primary Choir is back for the 2019-2020 season! This 45-minute class is for 6-8 year-olds, and will meet on Tuesday afternoons for 8 weeks, Sept. 10 – October 29, 4:30-5:15 p.m. Singers will learn music and singing basics, and enjoy plenty of movement activities. No audition is necessary, and there are no performances, t-shirts or uniforms.
Rehearsals are on Mondays beginning September 9 and ending November 18, which is also the date of our fall concert. There is no rehearsal on October 21 (fall break).

The mission of the North Georgia Children’s Chorus is to train young singers musically and artistically, and to sing to the glory of God. The Chorus is dedicated to developing musical excellence, artistry, and literacy through the choral arts. We strive to give our singers an experience that will inspire them and encourage them to continue making music throughout their lives.
